Welcome to the Wave Organ
Enjoy the filter here: https://bingkoland.8thwall.app/waveorgan/
Take a guided penguin walking tour of the Wave Organ while enjoying the sights and sounds of what makes this San Francisco hidden gem so special. Created in 1986 by Exploratorium senior artist Peter Richards and master stone mason George Gonzalez, this wave activated acoustic sculpture sounds best at high tide. I found a recording of it courtesy of roblewis56 on YouTube. What you're hearing is the sound and movement of the waves pushing up through the pipe ends installed at different elevations.
Ingredients:
Gaussian splat of the Wave Organ was captured with the app Scaniverse.
Jimmy the Penguin was sculpted in Gravity Sketch and rigged in Blender
Mossy Chapel Arch was downloaded from Fab.com credited to Quixel: https://www.fab.com/listings/e2121bed-ebf4-4eea-a278-bbc54be8155e
